Interview: Model Maria Tipordei (Italy)

Can you tell us a little about you?

Hello everybody, I’m Maria, a 21 yo girl and professional model since 2019. I am a very sunny girl, who likes to have fun in company and always enjoy new emotions and new personalities. I like traveling, discovering new places. I have been in Italy for 3 weeks now and there are so many wonderful places to discover here.

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I really like my body, especially now that I have lost even more weight. I think I have an ideal shape for me. Maybe if I went back, I would take much better care of my hair which is very fragile now. For the rest I like myself very much as I am.

How did you start modelling?

About 4 years ago I was invited by Claudio Li Calzi (photographer, talent scouter and director of the Moldovan and Italian departement of the ETM agency) to a test shooting. He immediately realized that I could become a successful model. After the first shoot there were many others and I joined the first ETM modeling team in Moldova and then my career practically went on by myself. Many other photographers have begun to invite me, including for commercial shoots and fashion shows. And now I have been invited to Italy to work as a model.

What do you think of the work as a model?

I think it's a very nice and interesting job, especially if you like to pose as in my case. It really is great luck when you turn your greatest passion into work. In any case, as in all things I imagine, when you work you have to be serious, professional and prepared, which sometimes also involves sacrifices. It is a job in which you must also be very careful because sometimes there are people who do not have serious and good intentions with the models, but I am lucky enough to be always represented by my agency which obviously filters out all the bad guys.

What is your beauty regimen?

My regime is very simple. I don't eat sweets at all, rarely a plate of pasta. I like to eat salads, soups, many legumes. In addition, I am also very attentive to my skin, trying to preserve it with special and beauty creams and moisturizers

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

I think that each person and therefore each model has unique characteristics and therefore automatically stands out from the others. In my case, perhaps the combination of a beauty face with a slim body and large breasts that allows me to blend both glamor and fashion together.

What are your plans for the future?

First of all, consolidate my role as a model here in Italy trying to advance in this career. Trying to have more and more commercial jobs and fashion projects. My plans are to become a famous model in Italy and beyond.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

It is the first time I visit a foreign country (apart from a very short holiday in Turkey they last) so my most interesting experiences are here in Italy for now. I really enjoy shooting and visiting new places to work with photographers. My next stop will be Rome and then I have already been invited by 3/4 photographers in France and Switzerland. Slowly I think I will tour Europe with this modeling job.
