Interview: Photographer Jakub Kaczanowski (Poland)
Can you tell us a little about you?
Hi, I’m Jakub Kaczanowski and I live in Warsaw, Poland. Im a fashion and beauty photographer with several years of experience. Photography is my hobby connected with work. I love capture mmagaoments.
How and when did you get into photography?
I don't remember exactly when I started my adventure. But photography was and is with me all the time.
What does photography mean to you?
Stopping time, bringing beauty out.
Please briefly describe your photography style for our readers.
Fashion and portraits.
Where do you get inspiration from?
Mainly from photography. I try to mix everything up in a movie, a music video for magazines.
Do you think in advance what you want in the picture ?
Yes, but occasionally improvising during sessions.
Studio, on location or both?
This and this. But I use natural light more.
Would you consider yourself a hobbyist or a paid professional?
Only paid professional.
What has been your most memorable session and why?
The greatest session has been and continues by my side.
Nikon or Canon? Favorite lens?
Hasselblad haha ... honestly only Canon. 85mm 1.2 lens when you purchase :P
What is one piece of advice you would like to offer a new photographer looking to start their own business?
Less equipment, more talent, and never give up.
What do you think of our new magazine?
This is a very good idea because we can advertise young talented photographers.
