Interview: Model Ossent Marion (France)

Can you tell us a little about you?

I am a French model, i have been a model since my sixteen. I started modeling with some miss contest, i was miss Champagne Ardennes, and started doing a lot of fashion shows, then i moved to Paris and kept doing it for years...

I then worked on TV, model on set for m6 boutique, and then Brand Ambassador, Guest Tv host for Koalabi Australia on QVC France. And started acting as well... Modeling is fun, it allowed me to work in so many different kinf of world... from fashion to commercials, car shows, boats, F1, sports, events... boxing girl, monster girl, grid girl... all kind of fun and vip events, and movies...

If you could change anything about yourself, what would it be?

I accept myself and think we are beautiful when we feel good, i don't know what i would change honestly, i try to keep a good shape, amd i like being natural, or i would just love to be able to keep my 20's forever lol

How did you start modeling?

I started pretty young after some miss contest, i was miss Aube and Champagne Ardennes and i started to be called by some agencies and organisations to so some events and shows, and then i kept doing it in Paris while moving there for my studies. Then i met some photographers in differents events that made me do some catalogues and jobs, and i got more and more jobs, and some agencies, until doing modeling only...

What do you think of the work as a model?

Its fun, but it can be tricky, models now really have to be carefull, there is a lot of fake and abuse in this industry, but it s a fun job.

What is your beauty regimen?

I don't really have any, i don't like so much heavy food, but i realized that the less i care the less i get weight, i think it s very mental... and i do a lot of yoga.

What are your personal qualities which distinguish you from others?

I am very patient, and i try to do my job very well even when nobody could see it if i am not. Everything i do, i do it with my heart. And in same time i don't take things too seriously, i like to have fun !

What are your plans for the future?

For now i am more interested in acting... i work on it.

What are some of your favorite experiences so far?

So many...it is hard to tell. It s been so many thousands jobs over the years... I have a good memory of a nice fashion show in Aruba for Christian Audigier, that was booked from miami and fun as unexpected... I got booked as a tv host in Los Angeles for a tv emission called Blackbelt Tv, i was so happy... I liked a lot all the car trade shows where i was working on the press days, it was a lot of fun, i had fun in some fashion week fashion shows... and some private events or parties.

Do you have any advice for those who want to start modeling?

First find a good agency or agent, put everything you can on your pictures because that is really the most important, all they check is your book, be natural and don't take anything personally as it s a lot of people in this industry and it s getting hard to get jobs...and stay positiv, believe in it, keep your magic...

What do you think of the magazine?

I just discovered it and i don't know very well yet but it's nice, i like it, i can't wait to seee the next one :)
