Can you tell us a little about you? I'm 49 years old. I was born in Turin ( Italy ) and I live and work in Torino and Milan and I’ve important collaborations in New York. How and when did you get into photography? I was 18 years old and I was a student in college ( I’m a doctor in Medicinal chemistry and pharmacy even if I’m a full time professional photographer and Filmmaker ) and during weekends I started working as a semi-pro photographer in a big studio downtown taking pictures of models sponsored by the most important photography brands. What does photography mean to you? I’m a professional photographer and filmmaker and It’s my job. Please briefly describe your photography style for our readers. I’m a photographer, a portrait photographer most of the times and my clients are models, dancers , actresses, musicians, composers , DJ’s , people etc.. Where do you get inspiration from? Paintings , music, everyday life , travels, books are my main source of insipiration. Do you think in advance what you want in the picture ? Yes, definitely .I try visualize the right images and videos for my clients. Studio, on location or both? Both of the. Would you consider yourself a hobbyist or a paid professional? Paid professional. What has been your most memorable session and why? Many of them near Brooklyn Bridge in New York City but the most memorable one will be a session of future photoshoots . I remember the past, I live the present but prefer the future. Nikon or Canon? Favorite lens? I work with Canon and Fujifilm . Prime lenses ( 35 mm - 50 and 85 are the right ones for me ). What is one piece of advice you would like to offer a new photographer looking to start their own business? Work and study hard. What do you think of our new magazine?
